Las Vegas, Nevada is a great place to be when you're in the gambling mood! Las Vegas offers so many great things. It is even better to go during the summer so that you can visit all of the pools. The Golden Nugget has an amazing pool! Their slide is surrounded by the pool. The slide has twists and turns. It starts off being uncovered, and then you go through an aquarium with sharks and fish and other underwater creatures.

It is very hot in Las Vegas, especially when the sun is out. In July, the average temperature is 106°, but the good news is that it's usually dry heat and there's almost never rain so you wouldn't have to worry about getting drenched.

The price of the tickets were $198 (without tax). It was cheaper to leave during the night, rather than the morning or afternoon. The week trip would have been December 16th, to December 23rd. The lowest price would have been at 4 Queens ($343.52) , but for the price, The Golden Nugget ($745.27) is worth it to stay at. There are many things to do in Vegas. You can see Cirque Du Soleil, see the Bellagio water show at night, see concerts, go to a spa, and go on the famous rides at the Stratosphere, or at Circus Circus.
